Learn to sew Elastic Baby Skirt

Here, I have used a saree blouse piece to stitch this beautiful pattu pavadai for my 2 year old baby girl. However, I have given the formulas in order to customize the same for children's at different age. The concept of stitching is the same for pattu pavadai as well.
